Nitin Agale stands at the helm of AiStrike as a visionary cybersecurity leader with over two decades of experience in securing enterprise environments and driving operational excellence. His career is defined by a deep understanding of the challenges facing modern security operations and a commitment to leveraging AI to transform how organizations defend against evolving threats.
Before founding AiStrike, Nitin was part of the initial leadership team at Securonix, where he served as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer and SVP of GTM and Marketing. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in establishing Securonix as a leader in SIEM and security analytics, shaping product strategy and market positioning while building trusted partnerships with customers and analysts. Earlier, he led presales and customer success, scaling the company from early stage to over $25M in revenue.
At AiStrike, Nitin approaches cybersecurity not just as a technical challenge but as a business imperative, aligning security outcomes with operational efficiency and resilience. His leadership combines strategic vision with technical depth, enabling AiStrike to deliver purpose-built, agentic AI that helps organizations reduce noise, accelerate response, and modernize their security operations.

Kayzad Vanskuiwalla serves as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at AiStrike, bringing over a decade of hands-on expertise in security operations, threat detection, and advanced threat hunting to drive intelligent automation in cybersecurity. His career is defined by a commitment to applying AI where it amplifies human intuition, transforming how organizations move from reactive alert triage to proactive threat response.
Before founding AiStrike, Kayzad led global threat detection, hunting, and intelligence at Securonix, where he scaled the detection engineering and threat content programs from the ground up. He built and managed high-impact teams across detection engineering, threat intelligence, and customer success, advancing the adoption of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to enhance SOC visibility and response effectiveness. His work bridged the gap between threat research and scalable, production-ready capabilities by closely partnering with data science, product, and architecture teams.
Earlier in his career, Kayzad held key roles at iSIGHT Partners (now part of Mandiant/Google) and Deloitte, advising large enterprises on risk, vulnerability intelligence, and emerging threats to strengthen their security posture.
At AiStrike, Kayzad approaches security as a craft that blends statistical modeling, machine learning, and grounded correlation logic to support real-world threat hypotheses. His leadership fuses deep technical insight with a vision for practical, scalable automation, ensuring AiStrike’s solutions empower security teams to stay ahead in an evolving threat landscape.
Harsh Patwardhan serves as Chief Technology Officer at AiStrike, leading the company’s R&D vision, product architecture, and engineering strategy. With over 20 years of experience in building enterprise software and cybersecurity platforms, Harsh specializes in creating scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native systems that power mission-critical environments.
Before joining AiStrike, Harsh was a co-founder and engineering leader at Securonix, where he played a pivotal role in developing its SaaS-based SIEM platform and guiding the company through its journey of pioneering technology and sustained innovation. His leadership was instrumental in helping Securonix secure over $1 billion in funding while scaling its technology and teams globally.
A holder of multiple patents in risk scoring and analytics, Harsh is known for fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, growing high-performing engineering teams, and ensuring product excellence through agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making. His approach blends deep technical expertise with a strategic mindset, ensuring that AiStrike’s engineering vision aligns with customer needs and the demands of modern security operations.

Jhilmil Kochar serves as Strategic Advisor, India Growth & Operations at AiStrike, bringing over 30 years of experience as a technical and strategic leader across cybersecurity, IoT, healthcare, telecom, networking, and gaming. Her expertise spans embedded systems to SaaS platforms, driving innovation and operational excellence in complex technology environments.
Most recently, Jhilmil was Managing Director at CrowdStrike India, where she spent seven years building some of the company’s core security products while scaling high-performing engineering teams. Previously, she led India development centers at WMS/Scientific Games and Solidcore/McAfee, consistently delivering impactful products and cultivating engineering cultures rooted in innovation and accountability.
Beyond her executive roles, Jhilmil serves as a strategic advisor, mentor, and investor for startups, reflecting her commitment to advancing technology leadership across industries. At AiStrike, she combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to build agentic, AI-powered security solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern enterprises.

Mahesh Narkar is the Sr. Director Engineering & India Leader at AiStrike, bringing over two decades of global leadership experience across cybersecurity, cloud-native development, and digital transformation. Throughout his career at industry-leading firms like Symantec and IBM, he has established a proven track record of scaling cross-functional engineering teams, delivering enterprise SaaS platforms, and driving rigorous operational excellence.
Prior to AiStirke, Mahesh successfully built and scaled the India CoE at RedSeal Inc, managed global engineering teams at IBM, established the IBM Cloud Garage practice in India, aggressively adopting and advocating modern Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking methodologies.

J.T. Underhill serves as the Vice President of Sales at AiStrike, where he leads the Global Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. With over two decades of experience building complex technology solutions, he has dedicated the last ten years to constructing and scaling revenue engines for prominent cybersecurity organizations, including Securonix, Respond Software (acquired by Mandiant and now part of Google Cloud Security), Hunters, Anomali, and Palo Alto Networks. His leadership at AiStrike is instrumental in driving the mission to deliver the most complete, AI-native Security Operations Platform to help organizations defend against the evolving threat landscape, in the age of AI.
Prior to his current role at AiStrike, J.T. held various positions across Sales, Pre-sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services. These diverse experiences have cultivated a "Customer First" mindset, enabling him to address business challenges through a strategic approach that promotes the right mix of people, processes, and technology. His background across the entire customer lifecycle allows him to understand complex organizational needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive efficiency and significant business outcomes.

Luke Fritz serves as Vice President of Product at AiStrike, bringing over two decades of experience leading product and engineering across cybersecurity platforms, including XDR, MDR, and cloud-native security solutions. His work is defined by a focus on translating complex security challenges into scalable, high-impact products that drive measurable business and operational outcomes.
Prior to joining AiStrike, Luke led product and engineering across multiple cybersecurity organizations, where he was responsible for building and scaling detection and response platforms, modernizing security operations, and driving platform and UX transformation. He has successfully led SOC modernization efforts for MDR providers and hybrid enterprise SOCs, advancing automation strategies and shift-left resilience to improve both security efficacy and operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, Luke has delivered meaningful business impact by aligning product strategy with financial and operational performance. His leadership has contributed to significant improvements in customer satisfaction and retention, accelerated product delivery through modern development practices, and enabled revenue growth through the launch and scaling of cloud-native security services. Notably, he has led initiatives that transformed early-stage offerings into multi-million-dollar revenue streams and guided organizations through periods of substantial financial and operational change.
